Seven years working with foundations and NGOs across several countries, from program design to governance restructuring, from fundraising to field implementation.

I find real meaning in contributing to someone else's success and real energy in seeing communities and youth thrive. Every project that delivers, in spite of the challenges, reinforces one conviction: that with the right strategy, the right people, and the courage to act, change is possible.

Connecting the dots, in practice

M&E System Design, TDH Core

Challenge: No internal M&E framework - projects in Tamil Nadu lacked baseline quality standards, evidence-based data, and systematic evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness.

Result: Designed and implemented comprehensive quality assurance system from scratch. Completed baseline assessments for pilot projects, established standardized indicators (input, output, outcome), created evidence-based M&E protocols.

Impact: Transformed project quality measurement across the organization. Built a collaborative M&E culture with local staff despite language barriers, enabling data-driven decision-making for child protection programs.

M&E Work India Tamil Nadu
Vocational Training Center Honduras

Vocational Training Center, Acción Humana, Hamburg / Fundación AHLE, Honduras

Challenge: No vocational training infrastructure for youth in the surrounding community - secured investor funding, led renovation of the building, built partnerships with government institutions (INFOP, Marina Mercante) from ground zero.

Result: Launched operational center in 8 months (April-December 2023); certified 700+ students; created sustainable access to skilled trades education where none previously existed.

Impact: Created access to certified professional skills training and quality employment opportunities for youth.

International Governance

Governance Restructuring, Fundación AHLE / Honduras

Challenge: Fragmented governance across 3 boards (Germany, USA, Honduras) created legal conflicts, unclear authority, and slow decision-making that blocked program growth.

Result: Led bylaw update process, facilitated multi-stakeholder negotiations, achieved consensus across all 3 boards. Created unified governance framework with clear roles and decision protocols.

Impact: Gained clarity and fostered members' engagement, eliminated legal ambiguities.

In especially difficult and challenging contexts she has indispensable skills and abilities that make the difference - she has these skills and utilizes them in remarkable, fluid ways.
